This page explains how cassiai.com handles information submitted through its contact form and the rules that apply to use of the site. The contact form collects the information a visitor provides: name, email address, company, and message. Name, email, and message are needed to receive and respond to the inquiry. Company is optional. The site is delivered through Vercel, and contact requests are processed by a Supabase function that sends the inquiry and confirmation email.
Visitors should avoid putting sensitive or confidential information into the initial message unless that is necessary and there is an appropriate basis to share it. Within the limits of Brazil's LGPD, a data subject may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, and information about applicable sharing. Requests about a submitted contact message can be sent through the contact form, identifying the email used in the inquiry.
The blog newsletter stores only the subscriber's email address, site language, and subscription date. The address receives email only after confirming through a link, is used only to announce new articles, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Sending is handled by Resend from a Supabase function.
Using the site or contact form does not create a commercial agreement. Scope, price, timing, responsibilities, and contract terms are defined only in the applicable commercial document or contract.
